The residence La Meute will be inaugurated in July 2022. It is located in Plaines-du-Loup, part of a new eco-neighbourhood in Lausanne.
Layout
The FSLE manages the first floor, which is dedicated to students. There is a DIY workshop, a bar/café, a bicycle room and an exhibition area on the ground floor. The other floors are occupied by the cooperative “La Meute” tenants.
The student floor has 14 single rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms and sanitary facilities. A laundry room, with a washing machine and a dryer for the exclusive use of students, is located in the basement.
The FSLE provides – voluntary and not contractually – regular cleaning of the shared spaces by cleaning staff. However, the students are expected to ensure cleanliness by following the guidelines on using shared spaces and waste disposal.
Room details
The rooms range in size from 10.5 to 14.6 m2.
The rooms are furnished and include as basic furniture a bed, for which we provide the bedding (duvet, pillow and sheets), a wardrobe, and a desk.
The tenant must provide his own kitchen equipment and towels.
