The residence “Le Chablais” was completely renovated and opened in December 2009. It is located halfway between downtown and the university campus. Both are at 5 minutes by subway.
Disposition
It has 39 single rooms spread over 6 floors, of which the first 5 are identical, 7 rooms per floor, and the last with 4 rooms.
Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms shared among the 7 students of the floor.
A community room is available in the basement, and a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The FSLE provides regular cleaning of the shared spaces by a cleaning staff. However, the students are expected to ensure cleanliness by following the shared spaces and waste disposal guidelines.
Rooms details
The rooms have a size ranging from 9 to 16 m2. The FSLE provides furniture, including a bed with bedding (down, cushion and sheets), a bedside table, a wardrobe and a desk.
The tenant must provide his kitchen equipment and towels. However, a certain amount is already in place and shared among the students.
